Background: 

Dhanny Oud is a thinking talented and deceptive player who is constantly improving his game.  In many ways 2007 was a watershed year in which he not only won a series of titles but saw his game mature. His hard won victories at the  North Island Championships as well as a number of key 16s titles were capped with a great win in the National 18s teams title a great achievement while still being 16 years old.   He is also one of the youngest players in Auckland's High Performance Squad.

- To represent badminton at the highest level

- To play at the Olympics and Commonwealth Games
